Café Moskva Bankrupt!

The 40% discount on all drinks set up in January was not enough. One problem: I have never seen any communication about it outside the Café. yes, you could get the flyer inside Café Moskva announcing the discount but I have never seen any sign on the door for instance promoting the nice discount...

That lead the bar to bankruptcy. Café Moskva owes EEKK 1.5 million to the Tax and Custom Board and EEK 211 000 in interest.

The owner, Viktors Smirnovs, is Latvian.
