The 1st of June, some Estonians woke up with an unexpected SMS: "Rise and shine, vote 104, your Edgar".This message could have caused some quarrels among some couples but that was not the goal of Edgar Savisaar. He wants you to vote for his party for the European elections the 6th of June and has become a specialist in using modern means of communication for personal gain, or manipulation according to other parties.
More seriously, the expression "rise and shine" means "get out of bed and prepare for work". Is there a hidden message in this SMS? Does the current Mayor of Tallinn mean that Estonian are lazy and should move their asses to work?
Anyway, for next time I propose you another "Rise and Shine" to wake up:
