After 9 months of work, archeological discoveries and road maintenance, Kaarli Puiestee is finally open - together with Endla.
Originally planned to be opened in June, the opening was postponed to the end of July.
That will free a little bit Suur-Ameerika which tended to be over crowded during rushours.
The parking on Vabaduse Valjak is still under construction.
