Presented by France, Estonia joins the United Nations the 17th of September 1991, less than one month after declaring its independence the 20th of August.
The same day are also integrated into the UNO: North Korea, South Korea, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the Marshall Islands and Micronesia.
