Yesterday, Tallinn celebrated the new year at 23.00 (French time) with fireworks launched from Vabaduse Valjäk.

Oh, god. So amazing fireworks!
This is my first new year when I am in Japan. But I can not see any fireworks here. I am so confused why Japanese new year is so different from others'.
