Olev Seppo Offers His Savings to Viljandi City

Olev Seppo lives in Viljandi since 1960. He has planted more than 1500 trees in the surrounding wasteland and then taken care of Viljandi cementery.

He recently decided to give all his savings to the City of Viljandi. He explained the decision claiming that his pension is enough. He can manage himself and there are plenty of people who need the money more than him.

Helmen Kütt is head of social department at the Viljandi City Government. She said that Olev Seppo did not want to disclose the amoun he gave and offered him to join the social commission so that he could decide how his money would be used.
