Eesti Energia: new logo costs EEK 11 million

Following a 2 years project and EEK 6 million of expenditures, the new Eesti Energia logo is ready for the implementation phase. The next step is expected to cost EEK 5 million which will bring the tital cost to EEK 11 million, or €700,000.

The new logo will replace the dozen of visuals used by other Eesti Energia's companies and should strengthen the indentity of the group.

The company will also use another brand name for its international activities: Enefit.

In the 2008/09 financial year ended in March, Eesti Energia had an operating income of 677 million euros, an operating profit of 103 million euros and a net profit of 88 million euros.

The old logo was way better, because it had a connection with energy (power wires).
The new logo would suit better for a weight loss company.
