In July 2009, AS Tallink Grupp transported 1 054 087 passengers which is 16.3% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. This highlights the first time when more than a million passengers are served during one month period. The number of trucks and trailers was 18 962 units, decreasing 21,5% from the last year.

Well, that's the result of eating the competitors alive as they did the past years. I used to work for a smaller company called Nordic Jet Line and we couldn't just keep up with a new ship each year that they bought...
The result? closed down, as also did SuperSeaCat and the aquisition of Sjlia Line by Tallink itself.
the result: they dont make money! Losses every year...
