The number of real estate transactions is down 30 pct and volume down by 51.2 in H1, according to the statistics from the Land Board, ERR News reports.In 2008 first six months 26,962 real estate transactions were made for EEK 22.49 bln. This year the numbers are 18,886 and EEK 10.97 bln, respectively.
In Q2 the number of transactions went down 22.3 pct and value dropped 29 pct, compared to previous quarter.
